Since no payment is required for downloading them, no refund applies to digital content.
2. Physical Products (Printed Books and Comic Books)
Each printed copy is produced on demand, to reduce waste and uphold our commitment to responsible publishing.
No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with our print-on-demand policy, orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a copy that is:
- damaged,
- incorrect,
- or incomplete,
please contact us within 7 working days after delivery and include a clear photo of the affected item.
We will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund, if necessary.
